Senior Services, OC Transportation Seniors can receive help filling out applications for ACCESS Bus, which is a shared-ride service within Orange County for people who are unable to use the regular fixed route bus service because of a disability. ACCESS customers must be certified by OCTA by meeting the American with Disabilities (ADA) Act. Fee varies between $1.70 - $3.30 per ride, depending on service needed.
