City Council recognitions January 2018

The City Council on January 17, 2018 recognized Marilyn Thoms, manager of the Watershed Management Division of the Orange County Public Works, for her outstanding efforts over the last 15 years in overseeing the North, Central and South Orange County Watershed Management areas. Marilyn is retiring after a 40-year career. She has been an asset to the City of Aliso Viejo and provided valuable support in obtaining County of Orange permits for the Dairy Fork Wetland/Habitat Restoration Project and securing County funding for our City’s Arundo Removal Project.

The Council also recognized Urban Plates as Business of the Month and provided a certificate to General Manager Kurt Deilke and Gil Fornaris, VP of  Operations.
