Since 2015, the City of Aliso Viejo has received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. CDBG funds are used for a wide variety of activities such as housing rehabilitation, and improvements to parks and community centers. Funds are also used to improve public infrastructure and support local social services. All CDBG-funded activities must primarily benefit lower-income Aliso Viejo residents. In an effort to effectively use CDBG funds to address the needs of Aliso Viejo residents, your input is requested. A short opinion survey is available for residents, business owners and social service providers to review and complete. The survey is accessible online (link below) or at City Hall located at 12 Journey, Suite 100, Aliso Viejo, CA. Surveys will be accepted until December 8, 2017.
