Council to hold public hearing October 21

The City Council on Wednesday, October 21 will host a public hearing to consider a request by Edwards Theater to grant an alcohol beverage permit at its theater in Aliso Viejo Town Center.

 

The Council will reopen its public hearing on an appeal of the planning director’s approval of an Administrative Use Permit to establish an alcoholic beverage control license for Edwards Theater in order to consider changes to the permit and receive public testimony.

 

Community members will have the chance to comment on the item during the meeting, which starts at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers.

 

In addition, written comments can be submitted to the City Council before the hearing to the attention of Senior Planner Erica Roess at City of Aliso Viejo, 12 Journey, Suite 100, Aliso Viejo, 92656.
