Pizza, sushi, fried chicken, Greek-style pitas, specialty sandwiches, tacos and other delectable fare is on the menu for the 10th annual Taste of Aliso Niguel, a fundraiser benefiting programs and activities at Aliso Niguel High School.
Parents For Aliso Niguel (PFAN) will host the event from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. p.m. Saturday, April 29 at the Laguna Design Center on Aliso Creek Road. Guests will savor samples from 30 local eateries. The event also includes live music and beer and wine. Must be 21 to attend.
In the last decade, the event has raised more than $500,000 for student organizations, activities, departments and facilities at the high school. Money earned through tickets sales and silent auction items has been used to buy equipment; cover tournament fees, competitions and clinics; offset travel expenses; and more. The City of Aliso Viejo is a proud sponsor of this event.
“In addition to helping our individual school clubs and organizations, this event has contributed funding toward large school goals and initiatives,” said Principal Deni Christensen. “Recently, PFAN funding was used to help install a state-of-the-art audio/visual presentation system in our library and purchase additional Chromebook technology for use in classrooms. Without this financial support, our students would not have benefited from these new additions.”
Tickets are available at the door and online at anhspfan.org. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
