New Free Evening Education Electives for Seniors – “Teen-Taught Tech!”: April 10 from 5:30-6:30 pm at City Hall, Suite 200. Bring your laptop, smart phone or tablet and learn about the wonders of the 21st century technology with local teens. Call 949-425-2550 for information and register here.

Annual State of the City Event: April 18 from 6-8 pm at the Aliso Viejo Center, 31 Santa Barbara Drive. Free! Learn about the state of our City while mingling with the City, civic and business leaders.

Jamfest & Summer Camp Expo: April 26 from 5:30-8:30 pm at Aliso Viejo Middle School. This family event will feature live music, bounce houses, face painting, gourmet food trucks and much more!

Soka University’s International Festival: May 4 from 10:30 am to 5 pm. Visit soka.edu for information.

New Free Lunchtime Lecture for Seniors – “Shedding Light on Outages”: May 29 from 1-2 pm at City Hall, Suite 200. Representatives from Southern California Edison will give an overview of the power system, types of power outages as well as the types of rebates and programs available. New Free Lunchtime Lecture for Seniors  – “Fasting and Inflammation”: June 5 from 1-2 pm at City Hall, Suite 200. Chat with Memorial Care Dr. Trinh about the health benefits of intermittent fasting and lowering chronic inflammation. Call 949-425-2550 for information and register here.

City’s annual Shredding & E-Waste Event: June 22 from 9 am to noon in the Soka University parking lot.
