New Free Lunchtime Lecture for Seniors – “Shedding Light on Outages”: May 29 from 1-2 pm at City Hall, Suite 200. Representatives from Southern California Edison will give an overview of the power system, types of power outages as well as the types of rebates and programs available. City’s annual Shredding & E-Waste Event: June 22 from 9 am to noon in the Soka University parking lot.

4th of July Family Bike Parade & Celebration: July 4, 9:30-11 am at the corner of Aliso Viejo Parkway and Grand Avenue. Along with a fun bike ride, enjoy a community celebration of carnival games, a giant slide, obstacle course, rock wall, face painting, DJ and “gamemaster.”

Walk with the Mayor: July 25 from 6-7 pm beginning at Aliso Viejo Ranch, 100 Park Avenue.
