Mayor Mike Munzing recognized 2016 Aliso Viejo Teachers of the Year Laura Mannina (Don Juan Avila Middle School); Kathy Kirtz (Wood Canyon); Johanna Heavlin-Martinez (Aliso Viejo Middle School); and Leanne Higgins (Oak Grove Elementary). Brownie Troop 3388 led the Pledge of Allegiance.
