Fire Protection and Emergency Services for the City of Aliso Viejo are provided by the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA). The OCFA provides service to twenty three of Orange County's thirty four cities as well as service to all unincorporated areas of the county. Along with providing emergency response to 9-1-1 calls, the OCFA provides fire inspections, plan review, public information and education, and arson investigation.
Located at 57 Journey, the Aliso Viejo Fire Station is known as Station 57 and is home to five Firefighters including two Paramedics around the clock who provide emergency services to the community any time of day or night. Station 57 also serves as a Division Headquarters housing your Fire Chief, Administrative Staff and Community Educator. Division Chief Bryan Brice serves as the Fire Chief for the City of Aliso Viejo.
Station 57 utilizes the following equipment when serving the community:
Engine 57 – A structural protection engine.
Engine 157 – A mutual aid engine used throughout California.
Patrol 57 – A remote rescue vehicle also able to spray compressed air foam during wild land fires.
Medic 57 – An advanced life support unit used for medical aid.
